Data Use Approval Process

Organizations seeking access to SHIN-NY Statewide Data Infrastructure (SDI) data for approved purposes must submit a Data Use Request (DUR) for review and adjudication by the Statewide Data Use Committee. The DUR process ensures that all data access is aligned with SHIN-NY policy, patient protections, and applicable law.
