Role of SHIN-NY Qualified Entities (QEs)
SHIN-NY Qualified Entities are regional organizations that serve as the primary point of contact and integration for SHIN-NY participants. They provide onboarding, implementation support, training, and ongoing technical and operational assistance. While some QEs may offer additional services beyond the SHIN-NY Required Participant Services, all state-funded statewide services are delivered under a single framework, ensuring consistent service regardless of which partner supports your connection.
